Egyptian Handblown Glass Ornaments - Set of 3 - Made in Egypt

This year add something special to your tree or decorate your home year 'round - handmade glass Christmas ornaments.  Each ornament is hand crafted, individually blown, hand etched and painted. Glass and glassblowing has long been a part of the Egyptian culture, glass has been found in tombs dating back 3,500 years ago. 

These ornaments are sold as a set of three and comes with a (removable) gold satin ribbon for hanging. The sizes of the glass bulbs vary slightly from 2-3 inches wide. The hand painting will vary between the sets and there is some white in the gold--please see photos. These ornaments were purchased from a wonderful shop at the Khan-El-Khalili marketplace in Cairo, Egypt.
