Thank you for visiting and shopping at Discoveries Egyptian Imports! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Personalized cartouche orders are generally shipped within 6-8 weeks. We send the personalization requests to Egypt twice a week and they are shipped to the US as soon as they are completed. There will sometimes be a delay when requesting the Egyptian government and DHL customs to verify the metal content and paperwork for each cartouche.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for shipment delays. Choose expedited shipping if you are concerned about delays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Discoveries Egyptian Imports ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 

Damages and Lost Packages

Please contact us in the event your order is damaged in shipping.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged good items that can be used when filing a claim.

In the event your order is lost, we will file a missing mail claim on your behalf. We will replace or refund your order if it is lost. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it we will need to go through the carrier investigation process before processing a refund. 

International Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping to most countries. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Discoveries Egyptian Imports is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
