Egyptian Black and White Scarab Ring - Multiple Sizes - Made in Egypt

This lovely Egyptian silver scarab ring was made in Cairo, Egypt! Created basalt was used to make the scarab cabochon. The size of the scarab is 13mmx17mm. This ring is made from Egyptian Silver (approximately 85% silver) which is standard in the Egyptian marketplace. The silver is stamped by the Egyptian government certifying the silver content. We offer two different styles. One ring is not closed in the back, so it is slightly adjustable and another style that is not adjustable.

The ancient Egyptians believed that the scarab was the earthly manifestation of the god Khepri, and pushed the sun across the sky each day, only to disappear and magically re-appear the next morning. As such, it is a powerful amulet for self-creation, transformation, and re-birth. They were worn or carried by the living, and also buried with the dead to help them on their way to the afterlife.
