The birthstones are beautiful cubic zirconia with slight variances in color. Made of sterling silver with the bail located behind the stone. These cartouches are handmade in the ancient bazaar of Khan el Khalili in Cairo, Egypt. Each cartouche is stamped with the Egyptian government's hallmark certifying the metal content.
