Ägyptischer Ankh-Ring – Messing – Hergestellt in Ägypten

I honestly considered not leaving a review. Every other interaction aside from this one has been great with this shop. Unfortunately, this time I received a different item than my order. It was still an "ankh ring", but not similar to what I wanted.

When I contacted the seller with my concerns and photos of what was in my package, I was told the item I received isn't one that they carry. All I wanted was what I ordered, and I offered to pay shipping for the replacement or have a replacement added to another order and was refused multiple times.

While the seller did refund me, the implication that I lied about the product I received along with the lack of willingness to replace the item, left me feeling poorly about the entire situation.
