I love my cartouce!!! About 20 years ago we went to Egypt and I bought my cartouche. It became a part of me. I wore it all the time. Last month at an event, my necklace broke and I lost my cartouche. I was devasted. I couldn't believe I found a place on Amazon from Egypt where I could actually buy another o e without physically going there! I am thrilled after receiving this!!!!!!It even arrived ahead of schedule! Definitely 5 star worthy!!!!!

Quality and delivery of the 2 inch Cartouche custom made was excellent. Arrived two weeks earlier than estimated. It is likely the company issues a longer delivery date estimate and manage expectations due to logistical and fabrication challenges in Egypt. I do not fault them for such, if true.

I could not be more impressed. About this at Christmas 2018 for my daughter. It is now June 2019 and there have been absolutely no issues with the pendant. The craftsmanship is superior. The inscriptions on the front and back were just as ordered. I ordered this very close to Christmas I reached out to the vendor and they worked with me to make sure that this pendant arrived for Christmas. Very easy to work with.The only concern I have at this point is if I’m not mistaken if you bought a gold pendant which I did you were to get a silver pendant for free. We never received the silver pendant. I have never reach back out to say I didn’t get the silver pendant I actually just thought of it when writing this review because we were so impressed with the Pindingt we received.Just a word for those purchasing this pendant it is Nice you will want to make sure you purchase a substantial chain for it to hang on so it doesn’t break.

Pleased with design, craftsmanship, appears to be made of quality material. The downside is the length of time to receive, longer than a month.
